Complex Robotic Cells

Robotic Programming
Robotic programs are coding in our standard which is an effect of many years experiance with many different robots manufacturers. We are able to code robotics complex where robotic arm is only one piece of wider project. We are coding axuliary devices which are connected to robot as follows:
- Advanced robotic tools and grippers
- Tool changers
- Conveyors connected to tracking functionality
- Control structure programming for robot in PLC and HMI
During programming, we engage in the production process, pointing to possible modifications to structural elements and modern solutions used in robotics.
Grippers Design
Proper robot tool construction is one of the most important steps in an entire robotic project. Only well-thought-out, ergonomic and reliable concepts will bring the expected results in the form of a long service life of the robot, optimal cycle times and process repeatability.
Each of our tools is considered and tested in simulations not only in design programs but also in robotic simulators. Working with robotic projects has taught us that at the stage of launching prototype robotic projects, some changes in the design of the tool may occur, while designing, we use practices that enable easy and quick modification of the tool at a later stage.
Robotics Simulations
Every robotic project starts with a simulation. The essence of the simulation is to check whether the industrial robot, which has been pre-selected, meets the expectations in terms of reach, overload capacity and cycle time. Another very important element of the robotic simulation is the precise determination of the dimensions of the robotic installation. A carefully performed robotic simulation can significantly reduce the commissioning time due to the generation of a ready-made program code, which will then be uploaded to the robot.
Robotic simulation is an inseparable element of our offer regarding the implementation of complex robotic installations. We also offer a robotic simulation to verify the design assumptions and thus save money if these assumptions were incorrect.
