We have a chance to check functionality and parametrization of Allen-Bradley products provided by RA Controls. This time we are checking PLC CompactLogix, Servodrive Kinetix5500 and HMI in Studio 5000.
We have been invited to analysis of the correct cut in tracking mode. Aim of this case is to achieve acceptable dimensions after cut, precission not less than +-0,1 mm. Change of the all control system might be necessary.
Past Cases
We have accomplished tests with Cognex Camera. Aim was to detect is measurement of dislocation between ideal print features and glow foil on the paper sheet is possible. Machine is not able to detect dislocations which further casuse financial costs due to wrong produced paper sheets.
