Automation and Control devices programming is our passion. We are coding machines, industrial lines and robotic cells in options mentioned below:
Complex programming
We are able to create program for all automation components used in the system. With colaboration witch technologist, mechanical engineer or other proffesionalist we are creating code base on requirements. We are taking active part in discussions during designing process in order to dicrease risks connected with components functionality.
Partial Programming
Quite often we are taking part in projects where other companies would like to have a support programming force due to project size. In this case we are able to code project partialy base on requirements. Common example might be the robotic project where our costomer have high quality PLC programming force however have not robotic engineers, then we may connect our knowledge and program project together.

PLC
Most common plc programming language in Wascon is ST. However our experiance shows that ST is not the best in all the cases. Some parts of the code might be better to further diagnostics when written in LAD or FBD. That’s why we are mixing. However in general we are keeping it all in our standard, we have expert knowledge in programming controllers like: Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi Electric. We are also going into Beckhoff and Allan Bradley.
If you can not see your favorite manufacturer that’s not a problem ! We are quick learner and can easy addapt to the new environment !
Industrial Robots
Robotic code is generating by us in standard which we have been developing for some time working witch diferent robotic manufacturers. We may program robots in complex way so that all axuliary components connected to the robot are programmed as well. During design process we are collaborating suggesting many mechanical and sollution modifications which further are making process more efficient.
We are programming Robotics of Kuka, Fanuc, Mitsubishi Electric, Abb.
Vision Systems
We are programming high end vision systems and simple readers. In many cases vision systems should work in many different formats at the same time. In this cases program situated in camera is not enough, therefore we are programming PLC to achieve all functionality which is required using industrial communication.
We are programming Vision systems of Cognex, Omron and Keyence.
HMI
For us visualization layer is like the bussiness card. That’s why our main gole is to create all synaptics which are ergonomic and transparent for all machine functionality.
We are designing visualisation layers for all manufacturers mentined in PLC option. Also Weintek and Pro-face.
Drives and Motion
We are creating applications from advanced motion systems where all servos are synchronized to simple inverters for conveyors movements. We are taking part in design process so that choosen hardware would fit into the aplication requirements.
